HOME LAND is a Show Time T.V. Series Already and they have the Trade Mark
There are many different TV shows and Films titled 'Homeland' you cannot own such a wildly popular tile such as 'Homeland' what you own is your individual idea for YOUR film and or Tv show. FYI ours was copyrighted in 2005! The show to which you are talking about was developed by Howard Gordon and Alex Gansa based on the Israeli series Hatufim (English title: Prisoners of War) created by Gideon Raff. Totally different idea and concept then our feature film script 'homeland'

The US version of 'Prisoners of War' was developed and copyrighted in 2011. 6 years AFTER ours was copyrighted, which does not really matter since you cannot own a title as wildly popular as 'Homeland'
