A crowdfunding page to bring to life a short film designed to give a voice to children trapped in the world of pain domestic violence creates. This is something I am deeply familiar with, having lived the experience as a kid. The screenplay follows two lives, two times, two agonies. To be told with live action and animation, it weaves together the anguish, despair and loss of innocence domestic violence brings. I was driven to write this screenplay because of the lack of decline in this violence across Melbourne, and Australia as a whole. And we all know someone touched by this too. So it has a raw passion we want emulated on film. More importantly, we want that passion to touch the hearts of the audience. Byron J Brockmann is attached to direct. With his expertise from House Husbands, to The Pacific, I’ve no doubt that he will bring out the best in this piece. But we do need your help.
