I promote the ones I feel are the best for the Present Market. All Screenplay writers feel they have the Best Script On the Planet. I review the ones i think have merit and then I promote on sites that I am a part of, also here on this new site Stage 32 and via phone calls. Obviously, my opinion is biased towards what I feel is relevant and well written. On the other hand if I offer to promote a screenplay my success is your success! Am I "Well connected"? I can throw names if you like but I think that is really irrelevant because in the long wrong the cream rises to the top,
Thanks, John. I apologize for giving you the impression I was asking if you were well connected. That wasn't my intent at all - I was interested in success stories; screenplay sales due to your promotion. I understand if you don't want to mention them. So you act much like a manager does? How many writers do you currently promote?
You seem pretty damn confident. What screenplays have you promoted that have actually sold?
The mutual confidence on which all else depends can be maintained only by an open mind and brave reliance upon free discussion.
That's a beautiful sentiment, John. But I, too, am interested in not only any success stories but how you promote a screenplay.
