Your Stage : Call for Submissions - A festival for a great cause! by Tiffany Jones

The Reel Water Film Festival is being held in Germantown, Maryland (just 30 miles north of DC) on June 16th at Black Rock Center for the Arts.  The festival has two main goals: The first is to educate our community and raise awareness of the global water crisis—from the way it perpetuates poverty, to the amount of deaths and health issues associated with dirty water, to the way that Americans are affected by water and what our water's future looks like.  The second goal is to inspire people to actually take action.  We're leading by example and partnering with Food for the Hungry to install a new well in a community who desperately needs one.  You can read more about the fest at www.reelwaterfilmfest.org.  Submit a film!
