When you do voice work, one of the worst things that can happen is to have a cold or sinus infection. I am curious what others here do to try and mitigate that and sound as "natural" as possible!
Red and black box. Usually behind the counter rather than with regular cough sweets. They're very licorice-y/aniseed-y - that "horrible but good for you" old fashioned medicine taste. The first one will blow your mind like a hardcore whiskey, but you get used to them quickly! I forgot to check where you're from of course! Can only speak for UK...

Saline nose drops, throat coat tea, and cough drops are always my go to and have gotten me through voiceover work many times!
