Hello from Berlin. I work primarily as an actress based here. Internationally I can be seen in the Movie "The Book Thief", as Max´ mother, out now. ( oscar nominated for best original score) for pics or demo reels ( in English and German) see for example : http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0623993/ or my website www.sandranedeleff.com I made a short film ( as a writer/ director / coproduce ) that went around the world. Great visiting some of those places... apart from taking in various festivals in the U.S. ( L.A. shorts for example) , it won an Golden Egg award in Iceland, and a best director award in China.. both places I was invited to... yes I have read the book before.. the screenplay of the film could of course not contain all that is in there.. I have not seen the film yet... the big premiere in Berlin is next wednesday...

Congratulations on The Book Thief. I had the pleasure of seeing the film last week at an advance screening before its Australian release. A special treat - it was followed by a Q&A with the author Markus Zusak & the eminent Geoffrey Rush. Great story and fabulous cast. Well done!
