Hello everyone. My name is Ron McPherson. I'm new to the site and I'm new to acting. I've been doing it for six months now and honestly I think I've done fairly well for myself in that time. I have two SAG vouchers and need a third one to become SAG eligible. I'll accept pretty much any type of part to make that happen ranging from background to a lead role. I hope to hear back from someone who can offer me a chance at such a part, but in the meantime, I'm not letting any grass grow under my feet as I'm constantly submitting on the various breakdown sites I'm listed on. start saving up your money. It cost 3,000 to join sag. by the time you save up the money to join it you'll probably be eligable. also a loophole to get into sag... produce your own low budget movie. file it under low budget sag and you only have to pay the actors 100 dollars each make one of those yourself and you become eligable.
