G'day I am 53 year old virgin as far as screenwriting goes, being a serial procrastinator when I turned 50 I finally decided to do a writing course. one thing they didnt teach though was how hard it is to get anywhere. In the last three years since I have written 2 screenplays, been ripped off by a bogus producer (if you come across a guy called Larry Webster run!!) had a couple of producers read one of my scripts and basically chased my tail. I work in the radio industry writing and selling ads, have had one of my ads as a finalist in our National Radio awards. I am working with an artist on a range of children's illustrated books and have just put up a crowd funding page for a short film I want to make (find it in the fundraising section of stage 32 if interested). I am also a musician having played in bands for the last 100 years. My biggest achievement being playing in a support band for Sir Bob Geldof. Stage 32 is great and i hope to make many connections.
