Introduce Yourself : Hello Fellow Creatives! by Bruce Clifford

My name is Bruce Clifford. I am an Actor/Model from the Philadelphia, PA Region. I got the acting bug back in 2008 when I was going to college for graphic design, but decided to switch majors and enter the work of acting. When I took my first acting class I absolutely fell in love with it, and took in as much as possible. I have been pursuing the craft seriously ever since 2010 when I got my first student film role, which was in fact the lead, and have been gaining valuable experience ever since. I have been in numerous student films, Local independent films, shorts, Print work, and recently I have been in two local car commercials. I acquired a local agent back in late 2011 and have been grateful for the opportunity to present myself for paid work and book quite a bit. I am always looking to expand and continue pushing myself anyway possible. And I want to be clear. I am not in this for the fame or the money, I am in this field for the absolute love of performing and creating. Sure I would love for this to be my full time profession, but I do it all out of love for my work. And to me there is no "making it." You are on a journey, there is no end to the road. Your life is always happening now. And also I don't truly believe in the term "big break', which means when you get your first real professional role. To me my "big break" was when I found at that acting(my passion) is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. And I won;t give up and I will keep going. Which is great advice for all of us. Anyway in other news, I love sports such as golf, and baseball, but you can get me to play really any sport. I also enjoy laying video games and working out and working on my fitness. And to that I will end this long story and say to everyone, stay true to yourself, keep believing and live for now. And also, Have FUN!!!!
