Financing / Crowdfunding : Investor Incentives? by John Tinger

Can anyone tell me what what would be a great platform to appeal to investors since section 181 has been repealed? I have been researching for investor incentives online and haven't found much. I will be working with a friend, who is well connected in the Hollywood arena. That, of course, when I mention to investors ,the specifics, is one way, but any more suggestions?
