Glad to be here!

Hello Everyone. I I'm a writer, director, producer, consultant, speaker, singer/songwriter, actor and teacher. I have been working professionally in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. Please check out our production company Miracle Film Group, at www.miraclefilmgroup.com, when you have the chance. Currently I am in post production on my film AVATARA - You can check out AVATARA at www.avatarathefilm.com or on the fb fan page. I'm currently in pre production on a documentary about the foster care system called "Broken" and we are in development on my feature "Fault Line". The script won best screenplay at The Austin Revolution FF 2015 . I am working with an illustrator on my children's book "Sproutin'", and I am currently writing two non-fiction books as well. One of which, "The Art of Unconditional Commitment", is based on a workshop series that I have been doing for about a year. I help adoptive parents, foster parents, parents of kids with special needs, and care givers to stay committed through profound challenges. I have 3 daughters - two that I adopted from the foster care system, that have FAS, and a number of other serious behavioral and mental health issues. They have inspired a great deal of my creative work over the last 10 years. My oldest daughter Shelly Oneida is an actress, filmmaker, singer and writer - we work together on many of our film and TV projects. Our production company is Miracle Film Group. I have an album out called "Let Go" with my partner Rex Miller. The album has 15 original songs and is available on amazon and iTunes. I love teaching and teach acting and playwriting whenever I have the time. I was a university professor for a number of years - teaching acting, directing and playwriting. I am currently doing a residency teaching playwriting to high school kids with significant special needs. My collection of children's plays is due to be published next month. Break's over, I have to get back to the editing process now! I look forward to meeting everyone, wish all of you great success in your endeavors, and hope to work with many of you in the future!
