I've written two feature length screenplays and now I'm working on my third. I wouldn't say I'm completely blocked right now, but I've been preoccupied with production of my first short film. I entered a local screenwriting contest recently and was one of the 10 chosen winners to make a short film. With the help of all volunteer cast and crew, I completed production just last week. The short films will premiere in Grass Valley, CA on October 6th at a local theater, and I couldn't be more excited. Congrats on the short film! You live in a beautiful part of the world (I was lucky enough to live near Nevada City for six months many years ago). Will we be able to view it online later?

Matt, thanks for the nice words. I will be posting the movie today now that it has premiered. I'll put a link here. I'm already planning next year's submission into the contest.
