Not a real conscience decision, but they say rules are made to be broken. I told my writer friend named Karimah who you met last summer about this site too. I'll refer her to you.
As social media network sites go this one is pretty good. Facebook was always kind of lame to me and it's actually gotten worse. I just use it to keep in touch with people and when the time comes to promote an event, I'll include it in my marketing plans. Nice head-shot by the way!

No full body shots (unless you need them for print) No waist up shots either. Borderless is fine but a border with your name on the front helps because sometimes your resume gets lost and there is no other way to know your name after that.
