Hello everyone,
I'm a writer of many formats, and I love writing for different genres. I mostly focus on fantasy. I have written a couple of screenplays, and would love the opportunity to work behind the scenes. Right now I work at Walmart.

Thank you for connecting, Dorine!
Hey Dorine! Thanks for the invite!
I am new to this site and to screenwriting. I have written screenplays before. How to do I increase my chances of writing a script that will sell?

Expand commentHi, Dorine! There's no secret formula for it. Here's one approach you can try. Before writing a whole screenplay, come up with the pitch, what you would say to sell it. Then try that pitch out on people you know, preferably on people who have some sense of the industry. If something isn't working in your pitch, change it now, BEFORE you write an entire script. After you've written your screenplay, you should then seek feedback again, often more than once, before you try to sell it. Hope this helps! --Doug www.fourstarfeedback.com
Thanks for the interest Dorine.

Hi All, I recently read «MAKING A GOOD SCRIPT GREAT» by LINDA SEGER. It was brilliant and extremely helpful, only problem is that it was in a foreign language. Wondering if you could help me find an English version. Would really appreciate it. Thanks a million. Hil.
It is interesting reading all the varying responses on this thread. Most people read the title but not the question. Hilary was looking for an english language version of Linda Seger's book.
You need the screenwriter 's Bible written by David Trottier
