Two bumbling brothers from the backwoods of Alabaster, Alabama win a weekend sightseeing trip to New York City, and help capture two nortorious jewel thieves in the process.

SYNOPSIS:

Hot damn, its time to hit it and (git) it when Dooda (20's) and Rayford Jackson (20's) land in the Big Apple. After getting settled in, they meet two jewel thieves waiting for a Buyer to arrive. But after noticing they are under police surveillance, they befriend Dooda and Rayford, drug them with a "Welcome to New York" drink, and hide their stolen jewels amongst their souvenirs they are taking back home.

During their sightseeing ventures Dooda and Rayford are thrown out of a Gay bar after trespassing in a Private Club, chased out of a fish market by a machete-welding store manager after losing a customer, escorted by Security out of a Broadway show in-progress after taunting the on-stage performers, and arrested and jailed for soliciting two male police officers-in drag.

As for the jewel thieves, they follow Dooda and Rayford back to Alabama to retrieve their jewels, but waiting for them is three New York City detectives who have been trying to apprehend them for years, a by-the-book Sheriff, and a eighty-year old shotgun carrying moonshiner with cataracts on both eyes that shoots anything within earshot.

The jewel thieves during their retrieval, get caught up wandering in the muddy backwoods and captured after coming face-to-face with wild animals, and the traps used to catch them.
