Hey Baltimore where ya at? I am a screenwriter and Film Maker just returning to Baltimore to make a series of short films this year with no budget! That's right ZERO budget! How can someone do that? Well that's why I am back in Baltimore where locations for me are free and talent is overflowing. I just spent a year of traveling the country, hitting the film festival circuit pretty hard developing a network in the industry and what I found is that I needed to come back to Baltimore and bring together like minds with an ambition to make films that make an impact, both globale and local.
