Hey everybody, I'm a longtime journalist and nonfiction writer, and my first novel--Young Adult, The Motherless Child Project--officially "comes out" March 2015, but has been available for purchase since Christmas. I've gotten a small Hollywood bite (very small--request for a PDF of the book--have NO idea how he heard of it--rather big name) and nothing since ;) but I've started on the screenplay because 1) it needs one and 2) I'm dying to write it. So pleased to have found this community! I look forward to meeting new people and hearing your stories!
