Hello Everybody, I'm James and I am director of The Acting Studio - New York since 1983. I fundamentally teach acting and coach actors; and on occasions act. In addition to getting our Fall 2016 classes registered and running I am also currently coaching actors and helping direct a site-specific production of Golden Boy to be presented at Brooklyn's famous GLEASON'S GYM in the month of October. This production is raising funds for the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's disease. It also features several actors who have Parkinson's and is directed by Aaron Latham who also suffers from the disease. Aaron is a journalist the co-author of URBAN COWBOY and is married to CBS new journalist Leslie Stahl.
