Expand postATTENTION TO MEMBERS IN THE GREATER NYC AREA: I am trying to secure corporate sponsorship for a new TV special, "Sandy Becker's Christmas Carol", a re-imagining of a 1962 Holiday special that appeared on The Sandy Becker Show, a popular NYC /Tristate Area kid's TV show with a large and enthusiastic fan base. Our production will present a new version Dickens timeless tale of greed and redemption, combining the original beloved puppets with modern, state-of-the-art production values, giving the show an enviable, multi-generational appeal: from wide-eyed children of all ages to nostalgic baby boomers who remember the original show to their children and grandchildren. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gJjcPUAmhkQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVWBzIK7RFQ The holiday special will be shown on the NYC-Life Channel in the greater New York /Tri-State area, reaching 18 million households, throughout the month of December. It will also be available on DVD. Any ideas as to target sponsors and how to get my foot in the door? THANK YOU! Does anyone know where I can get a template for a simple Media Kit? The purpose it to supplement a pitch I'm going to make to potential sponsors for a one-hour local cable TV special.
Hey Jeff, you can try foresttheme.com
Thanks, Rinkesh!

My collaborator was a protege of Sandy Becker and inherited the show's puppets when Sandy passed away in 1996. The show will be a state-of-the-art production using the original puppets. The show will air as an episode of "FLEXITUBE" on the NYC-Life cable channel, shown repeatedly over the 2013 Holiday season, and will also be available on DVD. We are funding using a combination of corporate sponsorship and crowdsourcing, most likely IndieGoGo. At this time we are working on seeking sponsors and will soon begin scriptwriting.
