Hello, I'm going to be shooting a short film in Carson City, NV within the next few months. I believe I have my lead actor but now I need the lead actress. For this role she must be able to take the words as written on the page and make them her own, meaning the words as written are not set in stone. Improvisation is the key. Now allow me to be pretentious. This is sort of an existential horror film. The lead actress is on screen for much of the script as a psychotic figment of the lead actor's mind. Both actors will be put through the wringer but the lead actress will be specially called upon to be daring. If you've seen the last couple of episodes of the HBO series True Blood, and you know who the character of Lilith is, then you'll get the idea. This is a no-budget short film. You will not get paid. It will hopefully run the film festival circuit but there's no guarantee anything will come of it. If you're interested, or if you know of anyone who might be, please feel free to contact me.
