Unique traits: I don't know if you can call it a unique trait but in the midst of chaos, I see color and puzzle-pieces that I can easily organize into a structured plan. Storytelling is an art-form that I can honestly say I developed to endure a very painful childhood. Creating, writing, the development of characters comes easily to me. It is through people watching and traveling that I get the most inspiration. My faith is an integral part of who I am. Yet, it is only one part. Throughout my life's journey, I have learned that with each new season of life, I grow and learn something new about who I am and who I want to be. This insight allows me to stretch myself as a writer. I love what I do. Writing is my passion. The ability to touch lives and transport people to different places and times through words on a page, or on a screen or on a stage is one of the greatest feelings I have ever known. A few other unique or not-so-unique traits? Well, as long as you don't tell anyone...I love cartoons (70's & 80's era). And when I am writing, either cartoons or music is playing in the background. I have played the violin for over 26 years. I also learned the clarinet, piano, and guitar. I love the moon and the stars. I love the rain and still stand in it like a little girl. I love black and white movies, and I love foreign films, and above all, I really, really, love to laugh; even if it's at myself!
