Welcome back to the Writers' Room Pitch Tank, hosted by Stage 32 Director of Development Geoffroy Faugérolas, with pitch panelist and Pitch Practice co-host John Mezes. The art of pitching! Joe and the Stage 32 pitch team suggested notes on the volunteers' pitches to craft the best versions of them in an environment designed for professional integrity and education. Q: How do I watch my webinar live?

Q: How do I watch my webinar on demand?

Q: What is the format of a webinar?
A: Stage 32 Next Level Webinars are typically 90-minute educational broadcasts that take place online using a designated software program from Stage 32. Your webinar will be taught by a working industry professional with in-depth teaching on a topic. If you are able to attend live you will be able to ask your Stage 32 Educator questions during Q&A.
Q: What are the system requirements to watch my webinar live?
A: You will need to meet the following system requirements in order to run the webinar software: Windows 7 or later Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) or later.
If you have Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OS X 10.9 (Mountain Lion): The webinar software does not support these operating systems. If you are running one of those operating systems, please upgrade now in order to be able to view a live webinar. Upgrade your Windows computer / Upgrade your Mac computer.
Q: What if I cannot attend the live webinar?
A: If you cannot attend a live webinar or purchase an on demand webinar, you will have access to the entire recorded broadcast, including the Q&A.
Q: Will I have access to the webinar afterward to re-watch?
A: Yes! Like all Stage 32 education, after the purchase of a live or on demand webinar, you will have on-demand access to the recording.
Q: How do I get a copy of the handouts provided?
A: If the webinar you take included handouts you can find them as downloads underneath your on demand video. You must be logged into your Stage 32 profile to view the video and get the handouts by clicking settings in the top right hand corner, then clicking purchase history.

We're diving into the Writers' Room Pitch Tank with special guest, Art/Work Literary Manager Spencer Robinson!In 2020, Spencer staffed writers on series for HBOMax and Netflix - and sold his client's feature script. Most recently, Spencer has one client's project in the midst of a bidding war between 2 cable networks. His clients have been in films with directors Quentin Tarantino, Steven Soderbergh, Clint Eastwood, Gore Verbinski, and more. In the TV world, his clients have been regular cast members on shows for Netflix, The CW, Cinemax, CBS, NBC, FX, Starz, Nickelodeon, EPIX, TBS and more. Spencer’s clients have also recurred on series for Freeform, TNT, AMC, Showtime and many more. Art/Work's writing clients work in both feature and television and include Eric Heisserer (Academy-Nominated screenplay, ARRIVAL), and writers on shows such as WORKAHOLICS, ARROW, JUSTIFIED. In addition to working with the studios, cable and networks, Spencer has also set up projects at Netflix. Spencer began his career in production and moved into talent management at MBST Entertainment (Woody Allen, Bette Midler, Billy Crystal).
We returned to the Writer's Room Pitch Tank with host Nick Phillips and panelist John Mezes, and our special guest David McInerney, manager/producer and founder of MaCromanagement, a literary management firm representing all genres of writers. Volunteers had a timed 5-minute pitch, which was reviewed by David and the Stage 32 Pitch Tank team, to give constructive feedback to draft the best versions of the pitches in a safe, supportive environment.
In this Pitch Tank webcast, we welcome producer Aimee Schoof of Intrinsic Value Films. Aimee has produced more than 35 feature films! Of those, 10 have premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, 4 at the Tribeca Film Festival, 3 at SXSW, and one each at LA Film Festival, Toronto, Venice, New York FF, New Directors/New Films, and Berlinale. Among many of her notable films, she produced TESLA with Ethan Hawke, AMERICAN SATAN with Malcolm McDowell, MARJORIE PRIME with Jon Hamm, EXPERIMENTER with Peter Sarsgaard, BLUE CAPRICE with Isiaiah Washington, Tim Blake Nelson, DEATH OF A DYNASTY with Kevin Hart and Rashida Jones, and XX/XY with Mark Ruffalo. She has expanded into television and currently has a slate of scripted and unscripted projects and feature films in all phases of production. And on top of all of that, Aimee is also a partner in the comic book publishing company Red Giant Entertainment, developing comic book properties for film and TV!
