I believe in the power of stories to change our perceptions and the world.
Film has the power to capture the imagination and fire our hopes and dreams.
It has the power to give voice to the unheard and to explore the heart.
Having worked in homeless services, government, and community services I know the power the creative arts have in changing lives and communities.
As a late career film maker (except for the student film that was a mockumentary long before the term) I bring my experience working with those most in need in the community and an understanding of the strengths and absurdities of the institutions that exist to support us.
I've also lived in rural areas and understand the importance of the environment, isolation and community, features I try to bring to life in my story telling.
My work spans documentary and fiction with a purpose.
A right to home is my first feature length film!
