About Thom
I'm keeping busy with three completed screenplays, two more in process, and several outlines ready to be developed. I'm also the author of twelve traditionally published novels, with another to be released in 2024. And because I just can't help myself, I have another novel in the works. I wrote, directed, and co-produced the weekly audio drama radio program 21st Century Audio Theatre. I studied improvisation and comedy writing at The Second City under Kay Cannon (Pitch Perfect, New Girl), Jason Sudeikis (SNL, Ted Lasso), and Joe Kelly (How I Met Your Mother, Ted Lasso). And because, why not, I've worked in television market research for over twenty years. I'm originally from the Chicago suburbs and currently live in Las Vegas, because who doesn't enjoy 115 degree heat for weeks on end?
Unique traits: An offbeat sense of humor and an insatiable compulsion to write, write, write.
