NYU graduate, John G. Johnson was born and raised in Jamaica. From an early age, John was fascinated by storytelling and enjoyed reading graphic novels and folktales from the Caribbean and from other cultures. In addition to being a screenwriter specializing in dramatic storytelling geared for TV and the big-screen, John is also a sought-after writing coach with students-children and adults- located in the USA, Jamaica, and Europe. He's also produced Off-Broadway one-person plays. John continues his screenwriting education under the tutelage of noted TV director, Guy Magar, Emmy-award writer, Ellen Sandler and renowned screenwriter and instructor, Dr. Robert McKee. John is also a Personal Peak-Performance coach and an accomplished martial artist.
Unique traits: Hailing from the island of Bob Marley and Usain Bolt, and currently living in NYC.
