For those of you who are traveling to the TriBeCa Film Festival in New York City, NY USA, we invite you to the Stage 32 and Film Interchange Filmmakers Lounge on April 13.  On tap we have two excellent panels on using social media as a filmmaker and crowdsourcing & crowdfunding your film. We're excited to have amazing industry executives from Stage 32, Film Interchange, Indiegogo and Seed & Spark on the panels. 

Best of all, the event is FREE and you do not need a TriBeCa Film Festival pass to get in! 

Stage 32 is committed to bringing our members the best education about the industry and this filmmakers lounge is no exception! If you are in the New York area, don't miss out!

6pm: Arrival!
Arrive, grab a drink and mingle with your fellow filmmakers! NO ONE STANDS ALONE AT OUR EVENTS! If you are found standing by yourself, rest assured you WILL be brought into a conversation! Bring your biz cards & get ready to connect!

 
7pm: Panel #1
Using Social Media as a Filmmaker (1 hour - this includes Q&A)
 
Fireside chat with RB (Richard Botto, Stage32 Founder & CEO) & Jenn Mello (Film Interchange Founder & CEO)
 
We'll go over the importance of your online presence - we'll talk about social media (Twitter, Facebook, Stage 32, LinkedIn, Google +), online marketing and what it takes to cut through the noise as a filmmaker in today's digital age.


8pm: Back to Mingling..also this is a quality time to refresh your drink!

 
8:30pm: Panel #2
Crowdsourcing & Crowdfunding Indie Films (1 hour - this includes Q&A)
 
After we've learned the importance of your online presence, we'll naturally flow into how to crowdsource an audience and utilize that audience to help your crowdfunding campaign. We'll go over the various resources and talk about the benefits of each, as well as the best way to be successful at crowdfunding.
