A Word of Thanks...

Just a quick word of thanks to all who took the time to participate in this month's version of Introduce Yourself Weekend.  Once again, a record number of connections – over a quarter million! - were made during the 3 day event.  For those of you who are new to the community, welcome aboard.  And for those who either re-introduced themselves or simply took the time to greet and connect with a new member, thank you.

This past weekend was also our 2nd Online Pitchfest with our friends at The Happy Writers.  This time, execs from four major production companies heard micro-budget and low budget pitches.  Again, it was a smashing success.  The execs were blown away by the quality material our members brought to the table. Congratulations to all who had their scripts requested.

Finally, today marks our very first Next Level Webinar.  Dozens of Stage 32 members have already register for Lee Jessup's How To Land a Manager or an Agent webinar.  Lee is ready to go and beyond excited.  As a member of Stage 32 herself, she has often told me just how incredible she thinks the members of this community are.

I've seen Lee's webinar presentation for today…It's fantastic.  Comprehensive, insightful, and timely.

While I'm not quite ready to announce all the details yet, we have another Next Level Webinar planned.  This one on a much requested topic - Crowdfunding!  I'll have more for you soon.
