My passion is storytelling with an emphasis on dark subject matter. Favorite genre is horror, sci-fi a close second. I've written horror, thriller, sci-fi and drama. One comedy short. I model my productions after the D.I.Y./Microbudget/Guerilla-style of indie filmmaking. Examples include: The Blair Witch Project, El Mariachi, Paranormal Activity, Pop Skull, Eraserhead. I use a variety of different, "non-traditional" and experimental production methods-- in particular the style of filmmaking using available light, resources as much as possible.
To pay the bills I build the stages and lighting for concerts in NY/NJ as a member IATSE Local 536.
I am currently in development on my debut feature film, Cemetery Hill (2020), a science-fiction horror based on my own original screenplay. The script is a 2017 Academy Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting Quarterfinalist.
Official 2016 Oaxaca FilmFest endorsement: "Cemetery Hill is Predator by way of H.P. Lovecraft. Cult Status Guaranteed.'
Looking to connect with like minded artists who share the passion of storytelling on the indy level.
