**Job Description:**
As the Director of Cinematography Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual narrative of our
projects. You will work closely with our production team to create captivating imagery and ensure that our
content resonates with audiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with directors and producers to develop the visual style and tone of each project.
- Oversee all aspects of cinematography, including camera work, lighting, and shot composition.
- Manage the cinematography team and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless
production.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to visual challenges during production.
- Stay current with industry trends and technology to enhance the quality of our work.
- Review and provide feedback on the visual elements in post-production.
- Contribute to the overall creative vision of the company and its projects.

**Skills Required:**
- Exceptional understanding of cinematography principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in operating cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software.
- Strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing a team of cinematographers and crew members.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Cinematography, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a cinematographer in television or film production.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work and creative vision.
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and software.
- Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.

**Compensation:**
This position offers a unique compensation structure, where the Director of Cinematography Partner will
receive a 10% revenue share of all projects worked on. Revenue will be based on new subscription sales
generated from the distributed project, with payouts made on a monthly basis, 60 days after each project
release.
