A creative producer/editor/director with excellent technical skills and a leader in scheduling projects that come in on time and under budget. For example at Sony Network Entertainment, I was initially hired as trailer editor and encoder, however I realized that there were no production and post-production departments to develop marketing materials so I created one. I hired and oversaw the editors and motion graphics artists, assigned the workloads and collaborated with other departments to create a new marketing area in online videos, well as videos for trade shows. I was so successful that eventually I oversaw all trailer editing, encoding and transcoding for over 12 regions worldwide.
