Nope, Dan M is correct, however, free tuition will be available for those undergraduates that have a family household annual income below $80,000, not $75,000. Please see the articles Dan M shared above. But more than likely, those scholarships will only be available for U.S. citizens and there probably are other requirements too. Regardless, Andy, perhaps give the school's admissions a call or send an inquiry email; maybe they have some sort of outreach program? Even if our assumption is correct, then perhaps they could direct you to other possibilities. Best wishes!

Damian... hello... the articles... read them. It is to be "phased in," 2020-2021. I do not know ALL the details of their tuition, scholarships and/or programs as made clear in my comment above, and, clearly, neither do you. I suggested to Andy to contact them.

No, Damian, not really, you just keep saying “incorrect” and “check the website,” ignoring the provided, factual, published announcements Dan shared above. I’m suggesting Andy do more. Call admissions. Talk to or email actual people.
