I'm not sure if you have heard of @backstage.com but it's a amazing tool ! You will have your own profile and access to audition in several areas along with sheets of agents and manger company's, that way you can check to see how legit they are. Also google them ! Look for scanning details or check reviews.

LDI Casting is in E. Providence Anne Mulhall is the casting agent. Also Boston Casting and CP Casting in Boston are creditable agents.

If you join @backstage website and create a profile they provide a big list of talent reps in the area with phone numbers, email addresses and websites.
Look up actra in your area they have rep agents there. Ie alberta actra (my place). Hope that helps.
