I’m rewriting a screenplay for an animated movie I want to submit to several contests my question is If my character is singing do I include the music, or do I attach a sheet music with the arrangement and how I want the protagonist to sing with the voice recommendations, and style. Thank you for any feedback.

I think for screenplay contest purposes or in general, you wouldn't need the actual music. That would only come up when you are moving into production.
