I posted this before, but maybe not in this lounge. Years ago, I did an illustration job for a Halloween/Haunted House event. I wanted to go to town with this project, do something special/distinctive, not just knock out another illustration job. So, I decided to do a tribute to the great horror movie classics such as Frankenstein and the Wolf Man, great horror movies actors such Karloff, Lugosi and Chaney Jr. At the time, I just got the dvd sets of Dracula, Frankenstein, The Mummy and The Wolf Man, so it was a great starting point to revisit the classics and at the same time, getting into German Expressionism, plus the Hammer films and the gothic European films of the late 60s/early 70s. A great illustration job and a great experience. Have a great weekend, everyone!
