Great share, Ashley Renee Smith! Ludwig Göransson said he went to West Africa to study and learn more about African music. I wonder if that’s a common thing that composers do.

I also thought that was so interesting, Maurice Vaughan! I'm glad he took it that seriously and exposed himself to the music and culture as much as he could.
