Do you get dozens (possibly hundreds) of composers calling and emailing you looking to work for you and lobbying you to let them be a part of your production? If/when I need a composer... I have to hunt them down. There are VERY few in my neighborhood; there's very little talent of any sort out here where I am but there are lots of millennials, snowflakes and just plain flakes. It makes it difficult.

While I prefer to work with local folk; I ain't proud - I'll talk with anyone.
