Hey there! I'm a creative + line producer with a deep biz affairs background in studio features. Consultant and attorney in a previous life.
I’m always curious how to explain my services and express availability to work on new gigs without sounding overtly salesy - so here goes: I’m currently booking freelance producer/UPM gigs for Q1 & Q2 2018 for film or commercial productions based in LA and San Francisco - and especially where biz affairs assistance would be valuable as well (and what production can’t use help there?). Whew - wasn’t so bad. Would you please keep me in mind for productions seeking producers or UPMs?
Thank you - have a great weekend!

Hello Ryan, are you looking for screenplays? I've got one here, but it's going to be expensive to produce... kind of a James Bond meets Sherlock Holmes (The Cumberbatch Sherlock) action flick, with a little mental illness thrown in for good measure.

Budgeting can kill even the best work. Revealing "It's going to be expensive to produce," Is not a good introduction.
Completely agree Fleurette. I misread your post initially (I blame a bad cold!) - apologies. A high budget script written by an unknown writer who isn’t repped by a connected agent or manager who can help package it probably won’t see a future without validation through (for example) screenwriting competitions, probably some nepotism, and a producer/EP who likes the script enough to purchase it cheaply so it can be rewritten and/or polished by an established writer.

Ryon, I read tour response like I was speed talking, three times, wow! Then copied, pasted on my page/notes, labelled, " LEARNING TIPS."
