Introduce Yourself : Everybody Wang Chung Tonight by Bruce Chapnick

I was listening to the song just now on Pandora, so I figured it's as good a title as any one'd never expect. I've enjoyed reading the other Introduce Yourself posts. After years of flittering about, which included working in libraries, going to film school, working in a studio corporate legal department, working as an actor when first out of college...it's only now I feel I'm seeing some concrete results of my work. It came unexpectedly. Maybe unexpected will be my theme for 2023?

Anyhow...on a whim I created a couple of experimental digital shorts called The Daddy Diaper Diaries. They sat on the shelf over two years because I was...uh, scared I guess? I created it. What if no one else liked it but me? Anyway, I sent them out. After more than 50 Official Selections and 15 awards combined for both projects, I now have a show runner attached and we're knocking on doors.

I'm looking to connect with other daring artists who have the wherewithal to put themselves out there. I enjoy writing, acting, and producing.

Oh, anyone fondly recall from their childhood a series of books called Little Toot? It's about a Tugboat. I'd certainly like to hear from and connect with anyone who knows this book. I'm working on the adaptation these days.
