Hi everyone! I’m Sandra, joining you from Lisbon, and I’m so excited it’s that special weekend again.

From networking here on Stage 32 to taking bold steps into production, my path recently led me to THE MISSTEP, a project close to my heart and a milestone I never imagined reaching so soon. Whether you're a screenwriter, filmmaker, or just someone who loves the chaos and magic of storytelling, I’d love to hear about your current projects, passions, or upcoming pivots.
The Misstep took just five whirlwind weeks from writing to production, shoot, and post, and what a journey it’s been. I am thrilled to announce that my film has officially been selected to screen at the Female Film Club Film Festival, supported by the BFI (British Film Institute), happening on Friday, July 11th, at the iconic BFI Stephen Street Screening Rooms in London!
Public viewing will follow on July 12th via our Vimeo channel, The Misstep, and yes, we’ve received our very first laurel!
For those who are new here (welcome!), don’t miss our FREE Community Open House on Wednesday, June 25th, at 12:00 pm PT / 3:00 pm ET, an excellent way to learn how to navigate Stage 32 and make the most of everything this creative space offers.

Hi Sam Rivera. Thank you. That is why I am currently in slow motion. I think I gave everything of myself in that five weeks. :) The Misstep is a thriller as a proof of concept. I share here the Logline: "A distracted woman stumbles into the wrong apartment, triggering a surreal journey where she meets her identical self, who reveals that overcoming her ADHD holds the key to her ultimate transformation." I beleive I accomllished Claire's purpose :) Now, I began a new short script as a proof of concept for my Feature Soul Mated :))
