Introduce Yourself : Greetings from Zolascope... by Alan Smithee

Hi folks. I'm currently living a double life. By day, I'm a humble freelance journalist and photographer. But in the evening, at weekends and even times when I should be working, I write, direct, photograph and edit short films. With a small group of co-conspirators, I set up Zolascope (http://www.zolascope.com). We're all amateurs, many of us coming to film for the first time, but we have high standards and big ambitions. We've just finished principle photography on our fourth short drama - The Garden - which I'm now editing. But we've got plans for much more to come...
