Hello Jessica, nice to meet you! You can click yourself through the lounges until you find interesting discussions. Just discuss or ask with others and add those people you like to your network. Another way is via "connect" in the menu bar. There you can search for people in your area or for certain occupations, if you need someone special. Hope this helps a little for your start. If you want to show your reel just post it under "Videos" or add it to your introduction and don't forget to check the Job section daily, you never know where your next director is looking for someone like you...
