Ciao Maurice Vaughan - love the last name as a big fan of jazz music.
The show is about the decadence of a greedy and obnoxious restaurant owner and the human/work relationships in the hospitality work environment where it gets uncovered his mind set, his social and racial beliefs and the misuse of work policies.
