Hi everyone, I’m Nanbam Jeltu, a filmmaker based in Jos, Nigeria. I direct, produce, and work in documentary, and my storytelling leans into drama, faith-driven arcs, horror, suspense, and the warm chaos of family and romantic tales.
I’m currently developing a polished, industry-ready script over the next year, and as part of sharpening my craft, I’m also creating short films and micro-dramas to test ideas, grow my visual voice, and keep my instincts sharp.
I’m here to connect with creatives, collaborators, and mentors who enjoy building bold, character-driven work for film, TV, and digital platforms. If you’re open to swapping ideas or exploring partnerships, I’d love to connect.

Hi Nanbam Jeltu, I look forward to your documentaries. I am a life long fan of documentaries that started with Marlin Perkins and Wild Kingdom as a young girl. I wonder if you have heard of www.waterbear.com ? WaterBear is a free streaming platform and there are hundreds of documentaries there. They also have an app you can download for free as well. I am in the process of taking the screen reader / coverage writing training through Hollywood Gate Keepers. I was wondering how one would be a screen reader for documentaries perhaps you might have insights around these areas of film, writing, and final production? Wishing you great success with your work, you and yours have a beautiful weekend
