hello I joined a while back with the intention of immersing myself completely in this place, and gosh durn it I will do that here in the near future, but I got tied up with things. I have a short story coming out in the Immortality Chronicles at the beginning of September, a short story in a zombie anthology for kids called Short Bites, am reworking a novella, along with illustrations that will be named The Mortuary Arts, working with another author on a comedy of errors thriller, outlining sequels to two of my books, ROOF and Crawlspace, and working my normal nine to five and saying hi to family once in a while. And did I say I was old and crotchety? well, I was keeping that little secret in reserve. In my mind I'm 26. My body just refuses to accept that paradigm. Okeydoke.... so, why am I here at all? well, my book ROOF would make an excellent movie so I'm trying to explore that possibility in all aspects: script, producing, etc. Things I don't know about yet. I'm a graphic designer and a writer so books are in my safety crease, but beyond that I'm just asking for a puck in the head if I'm not careful. That's where you guys come in. I'll need some hand-holding, some advice, some interest, some bacon. Lots of bacon. So, please be patient with me, I'm here but I'm not so loud at the moment. I intend to get some of these projects under control soon, but in the meantime, if any of you want an electronic copy of ROOF, to see if you agree it should be a movie, just let me know. I like to write in a lot of different genres: science fiction, horror, fantasy, thriller. how about you?
