Honestly, you're asking for someone to do work on spec and that's more than a hard thing to sell. Asking for payment arrangements would be more appropriate if you cannot afford a reasonable fee.

I’m looking for an indie-friendly transactional attorney who’ll do a brief intro call and can offer structured payment arrangements (e.g., a capped first-pass review with staged payments once an agreement is in play).
