The Writer As An Entrepreneur: Part Two

Over the past year I’ve been working with Sandra Isabel Correia, who is not only my Executive Producer on ‘Seeing Rachel’, but also as a business mentor to encourage me back into the Producer’s chair.

This blog article plots the developments of both the progress of the film, as well as the transformation of this writer-director, into a Producer.

Is an amazing blog, Geoff Hall and our journey has been challenging but worth it! It's a joy to collaborate with you and contribute to the success of "Seeing Rachel"! Keep the good vibes.

Dan MaxXx Hi Dan, I’m the sole Director of the company and it will be an umbrella company for any SPVs we may need, going forward with projects.

Yes, I formed the business before actively seeking investment/sponsorship.

When it comes to Seeing Rachel, we will both sit down with the Producer to discuss our points distribution from the Producer’s Share and sign the relevant contracts on that basis. International Imaginists has an entertainment lawyer attached, for all its business dealings. I hope that answers your question and thanks for your concern.

(Sandra btw, is responsible for raising the development funding and then securing the full budget for SR.)

Sandra Isabel Correia Thank you, Sandra. As ever, I am grateful for our time together and I’m really excited about the interviews in March.
