Hi everyone! I've sent out multiple headshots and resumes to casting directors and agents for acting work, but I haven't gotten any responses for auditions or meetings... anyone have any tips that'll get me work...

Yeah! - make sure your head shots have a "type". looking at your profile shot... I'd say get a new headshot where you're wearing a suit and tie. right now you just look too generic. A suit and tie would help you be young lawyer/mortgage broker/salesman, whatever.
