Just over a week ago, we finished principal photography on 'Cookie', my first feature film. I wrote and produced and we shot it in 12 days on location in Transylvania and in London. It's thriller-comedy about a young woman who discovers that her dead brother is really alive, but her efforts to bring him home unleash dark secrets and hidden agendas that could destroy her family.
We call it a ‘Balkan Noir’ - twisty, dark and slightly crazy.
Starring Lexi Ainsworth and Dragos Mostenescu.
I'll be engaging in conversations with distributors over the next few weeks. Key markets are US, Canada, UK and Romania.
