Cameron: Yes. I've written two including one about Charles Bukowski and another reimagining of It's A Wonderful Life. Both award winners for Uncle Phil.
I'm just finishing a dark comedy, "Washed Up", about a multiple Academy Award winning writer-director who goes to desperate lengths to revive his former glory and ends up with unfortunate results.
So your question is: "Anyone here who writes dark comedies??" But after thinking it over I have a hunch that wasn't the real question here, The real question here could simply be: "Is there anyone that likes black comedies, the way I like them" or "how is your humor different from mine?"
But what really interests me is the question: "are black comedies 'culture bound'? For instance "Do Americans get Monty Python humor better than Europeans, or the other way around and 'WHY' ". For me It's about exploring the why?!
Yes. My book, Tears of Glass, has just won a literary award for Mystery Thrillers, however, BBC radio claimed it was laced with ' Delicious moments of black humour.' It descends into a Pythonesque Parody just before it starts to take itself seriously. Independent thought it was ' Three parts Big Sleep to two parts Wilt.' Not sure if that is a good thing.

.... The unfilmable short "Unholy Swap" I wrote just for fun. Probably can't get any darker than that.

Take at look at UNPLUGGED! on loglines page. It's a wacko right-wing dark comedy. Oops! I shouldn't have said that. Will I be banned?
Just put up “7 days in las Suerte” available on my profile. It’s “The Wizard of Oz” meets “Goodfellas.’
I have a short script, dark comedy, called "The Honest Pyschic" if you're interested.

Working on the first draft of one.
