I've spent quite a bit of time in the EU (and have a short set in France)- does that count?

Hey Philip, I'm based in London though my plays have been shown in NYC. Check out my short play 'Self- Deception' on You tube and 'Sing Schubert For me' in Vimeo and let me if you think these can make good short films. I have also an unproduced play (30 minutes) 'Lonely Women in London'
